In town from out of state, needed to rent a walker to ge through all the holiday festivities. Website was good, pictures of the location looked like a reputable business and a a safe location. Reserved and paid went to pick up and found that the pictures listed IS NOT WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED. Area was filthy and did not look safe. We wouldn’t even get out of the car. Customers beware.
Alyssa did a great job issuing me my machine. She explained how to use it and clean machine very well. I was also sized for my mask and recommended a good mask to use.
BEWARE We rented a Lift Chair for one month. I bought a Lift Chair off Marketplace and no longer needed the one we rented. I contacted Texas Medical Supply in plenty of time before the month was up to tell them they needed to come pick up the Chair. The Staff person said they would come get it. I received a notification from the bank I had been charged for another months rent. When I called they said they had no record of my call to pick up the Chair. I was dreading having to use a Cpap for the 1st time. Alyssa's kind patient and knowledgeable introduction to the dreaded machine led to a very significant and different experience. Her thorough fitting of the mask and instructions on the use and care of the Cpap as well as her follow up calls has led to an easy use of the prescribed machine. Many thanks Alyssa!
