BEWARE We rented a Lift Chair for one month. I bought a Lift Chair off Marketplace and no longer needed the one we rented. I contacted Texas Medical Supply in plenty of time before the month was up to tell them they needed to come pick up the Chair. The Staff person said they would come get it. I was able to purchase a wheelchair for my mother long distance and have it successfully delivered to her. The customer service was superb and the staff were knowledgeable and extremely courteous. It was a very easy and low-stress experience from start to finish. Thank you TMS!

Texas Medical Supply has gone beyond good customer service. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me. The owner, John, the staff and Antonio (I refer to as a saint), have been not only courteous but went an extra mile to help me with my issues. In this day and age finding this quality of customer service is pretty much unheard of. This is the kind of business you hope you don't have to use, but if you do, I highly recommend them.
