Zack handled my sleep study, he was super informative, very professional. Thanks Zack!
The facility was clean and the technician I had was wonderful. She explained everything that I wasn't aware of prior to my visit. That being said, I did not sleep well at all due so it will be interesting to see the results You should let people know prior to their appointment that you will use paste to place some of the electrodes. Thank goodness my technician offered suggestions to get the paste out easier. I apologize that I do not recall her name.
I honestly don’t understand how sleep studies can provide accurate results under these conditions. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The setup made me feel incredibly claustrophobic, and the sheer number of wires and bands caused unbearable anxiety—something I don’t usually experience, which made it all the more distressing.
