The facility was clean and the technician I had was wonderful. She explained everything that I wasn't aware of prior to my visit. That being said, I did not sleep well at all due so it will be interesting to see the results You should let people know prior to their appointment that you will use paste to place some of the electrodes. Thank goodness my technician offered suggestions to get the paste out easier. I apologize that I do not recall her name.

I honestly don’t understand how sleep studies can provide accurate results under these conditions. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The setup made me feel incredibly claustrophobic, and the sheer number of wires and bands caused unbearable anxiety—something I don’t usually experience, which made it all the more distressing. After information was all approved by pcp and insurance it took nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment setup. I made multiple calls myself and finally after about 3 weeks I finally got a phone call to get the sleep study setup. The technician was good. I was given a business card to contact after 2 weeks or someone would be contacting me to go over the results. I never received a phone call from anyone on the follow-up test results. I had initially asked for a $100 refund on my co-pay and was told I would get the refund. To th... read more
