Always packed! Had to go to the 12th lol.
It's a huge garage and very busy, but there's a crosswalk on the 3rd floor that goes directly to the main building of MD Anderson Cancer Center. If you come often, check out the Flash Valet parking pass. You can purchase it at the checkout kiosk as you're leaving, then use it the next time you enter the garage.
