Location is convenient & staff is always helpful. HOWEVER, the kiosks to get in AND out of the garage are barely scanning the value passes. This has been an issue for months and I am constantly having to call the help desk to be let in or out resulting in 5-10 minutes delay each way. It's caused me to be a late a number of times even when I come earlier to make up for the passes not scanning. It's honestly extremely frustrating that the issue is not being handled.
Good parking lot of space.
Very crowded get the early or late not the middle of day way to crowded. Very expensive but very convenient to get to the hospital.
