They appeared to be trying to keep to a schedule and it appears its working.
The building itself is disgusting. Poor management. Restroom is filthy, toilets uncleaned, leaking water through piping, rusting rails, unclean floors. This is literally a health violation in a building of ill patients and children. Stunning.
