I get insurance is hard but they should really do a course or something. On the difference between deductible and out-of-pocket. I reported them to my insurance after confirming. Really uninformed front office staff.
I'm very disappointed with my experience at this urgent care facility. I went in feeling extremely ill, with fever, chills, body aches, headache, earache, and discomfort in my chest when breathing. After testing negative for COVID and the flu and being told that my chest was clear and my ears looked fine, I was reassured that I was healthy and that my symptoms were most likely a reaction to a topical medication.
