Velma and Frank were wonderful my 4 year old feel ended up needing stitches and Dr. Hernandez was amazing they all made us feel better!
I waited 20 minutes after I signed in online with my insurance information just to be told after waiting that they don’t take VA insurance. We are in Military city… and you don’t accept the VA insurance or Champva. I don’t mind that I waited, but at least when I signed in online with all my insurance information, it should have said that it wasn’t accepted instead of wasting my time when I don’t feel well.
Very clean, hospitable staff, and no long wait time.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very nice, helpful and friendly. Was in and out within and hour. Will be coming back to this location when needed. And loved ocean sounds they gave in the rooms. Very clean facility.
The nursing staff was very kind and supportive during my visit, and I appreciated their professionalism. However, I felt my concerns were not fully heard by the provider. I explained that I could not afford the prescribed ear drops and asked about more affordable alternatives, but I was still given the same prescription without much discussion.
