The staff was friendly & very helpful during my visit to purchase a mattress.
What an amazing experience! By the end of the mattress fitting, explanation of price and promotion discount, setting up free delivery & haul away, plus this great service, it was like making a new friend. Excellent customer service. It felt important to our salesperson that we found the mattress best for us. The entire process from picking out our mattress to having it delivered was great
Our visit to the Woodlands store for Texas mattress makers went very well. Crystal showed us the different mattresses and lead us in the direction that we wanted. I can’t say anything about the actual mattress at this point since it’s not gonna be delivered until this week, but I give them five stars for where we are at this time
