I cannot wait for our new custom fitted and made mattress to be delivered. Other stores actually frowned upon me laying on their displayed mattresses. Go figure!! Texas Mattress Makers prides itself upon fitting you with a mattress that suits your body, provides the right amount of support and even has a top that is cool.
Great sales but delivery and/or pickup scheduling needs improvement. We brought a split king with adjustable base and scheduled delivery for the following Saturday (8 days). They called the Friday before and said the wrong size base was loaded on the truck and it was too close to closing time at the warehouse to get the correct one, so they would have to reschedule.
