Terrible customer service by the woman that answers the phone. Well… when she answers the phone. Made a shower pan for us and it wasn’t what we asked for at all. Questioned them about it and the lady said we were given a drawing beforehand which we were not! Basically called us liars. Have asked that the owner contact me and still haven’t heard anything in over 10 days now. Also have not received the key I gave them as of yet.
