First of all, the staff is great and helpful and the only reason I give this place a two rather than one. As for the doctor, his manner tends to be very direct and short with no apologies for wasting your time. My main source of complaint is for a place that has very little to no people in the waiting room I have waited over an hour twice now with no notice or apology. The waiting room staff are nice, but both times my partner has waited > 1-hour after checking in to make it past a near-empty lobby. Attributing this delay to “understaffing” is difficult while he awaits as the only patient.
