Staff is always courteous and really go beyond the call of duty.
Customer service crazy. They avoid you, take weeks to follow through and follow up. After you become a long time client they take your business for granted. Staff talks to you crazy and has no repercussions or consequences. Better off going somewhere where your business relationship is appreciated and mutually valued.
Hank is wonderful and keeps you motivated. if you are serious and follow the direction they suggest you will lose weight. I went from 205 to 176 in a few months. the weight just melted off. The trick is make it a way of life. There are many things they offered but I did not take them due to my busy schedule. Don't make that mistake. Try what ever they offer that's in your program.
