I had to make a move 5 hours away from my storage unit in less then 24 hours, somehow a cold bag got left in the storage. Steven was nice enough to have someone go to my unit and remove the bag so it would not cause any smell issues. I am so grateful for business owners like this that go above and beyond for their customers.

I like the fact that nobody can enter the premises in the middle of the night. During daytime hours Clay is on-site and very helpful. I've rented for awhile now and recently moved to a larger unit then realized I needed a little larger unit. Elise and Clay were very helpful and prompt in addressing my problem. And thanks to the owner for allowing me to make the adjustments I needed. This is the best place to rent storage in this area.
