Talked to the local representative and he's a great guy. Answered all my questions and fixed our issues and then some very quickly. Nice quite place and secure. This is a place that really cares about their customers. Very much would recommend this facility. Truly makes the diffrence when someone cares about your issues.

Seems like a nice clean place. However there is an older gentleman who is always there. I feel as if he lives in a unit next to ours. Always smells and can here music coming from that unit. Most likely he is a grounds keeper but he always is in the way of our unit and it creeps out my wife. Because of this we are leaving this place. I would be nice to know this persons purpose at this facility. If you call the number for the place you get an overseas contact. Rose was a great customer support assistant. she guided me through the set up for the storage unit and answered all of my questions, she was very helpful! My only wish is that they would provide a veteran discount but all is good!
