Had a slab leak. They came out and isolated the area that was leaking and rerouted the water supply. Knowledgeable young men. Did a great job!!
The techs always arrive in the expected time frame. The techs are always prepared. The techs always EXPLAIN what the install or repair entails. The techs are always polite and engaging, and they laugh at my stupid jokes.
I have always had a good experience with Texas Lone Star Plumbing. Response time is great and they get the job done quick.
I called their after hours number for an emergency plumbing issue. The owner, Chris told me their would be a weekend surcharge, but gave a suggestion on how we can mitigate the issue until they could get here this morning to save us that fee. Rather than uncharge us, they offered a solution to get us through the night. That's top notch service!
