I HAD APPOINTMENT HERE..PLACE. WAS REALLY REALLY NICE PLACE..STAFF MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED TALK AND HAD PATIENCE WITH ME , THE DR WAS EXCELLENT SHE TALKED CLEARLY TOOK TIME ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW TO GET ME BETTER...

You cant call this place directly you have to get through an automated system, then some call center with people who are not actually located at any of the facilities... seems They are only interested in the research and making money and not actually helping people. You are better off dealing with problems on your own. ***UPDATE*** 5 days later: Received a call from an LVN to answer some questions. Then received a call later from a manager, she was extremely helpful and will be handling our case.

It is taking for every the appointment my wife appointment was at 1:30 pm waiting till 4 pm been called

Don't expect returned calls. Have been calling for over a week to question why being referred to a different cardiologist instead of the one I currently have. No return calls. Have lab orders to be done an hour and half from where I live. Trying to get them moved closer. No return calls.
