I will not return to this clinic. I waited 3 months to get in. They sent me to Stric for an ultrasound which took place Sept 4. The results were posted that afternoon in my Stric patient portal. I never received a call from the nurse practitioner, even after leaving 2 messages. After 3 weeks, I called my primary physician. She ordered the results & I was diagnosed with liver disease.
Good place but it took longer to check out and set future appointments than the doctor visit it’s self
Bad review left 10 months ago. Reassured by staff would not happen again. Here we are once again. Know that labs need to be done. No clue where to go. Live an hour away from San Antonio and work full time. Trying to get lab orders sent closer to me. Called Tues, unable to speak to someone. System forced me to leave voicemail at approx 1 pm. MD appt is Monday and trying to get this taken care of. Still waiting on call back. Would love to change Dr's but, unfortunately, no other real options in the area.
