Every single time these people call it’s a mess. I’ve been called names of other patients, called by accident, given false information, talked to insignificantly, shown up for appointments, diagnosed incorrectly and wasn’t on the books, etc. EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION HAS BEEN FRIGHTFULLY PITIFUL. The staff needs to be trained on ethics and etiquette. What a disappointment that we pay for quality care and get sub-par.
