Zach was amazing! Even though it was 10 PM when I called, he came out to our house promptly and was incredibly fast at fixing our electrical issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called Texas Live Wire looking for someone to fix a table lamp. I spoke to Zach. He took the time to talk me thru a few steps and OMG my lamp works! I’m an electrician! Just kidding! I really appreciated him taking his time to help me out. I certainly didn’t expect it. I will definitely remember them for any electrical needs I have. I highly recommend them.
