Great people, great service, fair prices! We love out new Vita 700 series spa! We looked at all the places within 100 miles. They were the best!
Called for someone to come out and give me an estimate on repairs for my spa. They were an hour and a half late and I left them there to do the estimate and leave it on my counter. They charged me $125 to come out and do the estimate which they did not inform me of prior to arriving. The estimate was $300 more than any other company and now they are trying to make me pay the estimate charges without my signature. Interesting ethics here.
Chris and his team are wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of pool and spas in their showroom. They have everything that you need for your pool or hot tub.
Thought we had chosen a good spa dealer, we have had our spa a few months and had trouble with it from day one. Guy came out, then took awhile to come again. After several calls still nothing done. Sell person didnt want to deal with us. We were going to buy a swim spa from them and possible another hot tub after sale of house, needless to say we will be looking at a different company. Very disappointed !
