The best hot tub company in Texas. Very professional and friendly.
My recent experience with Texas Leisure Spa and ************ left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the outset, communication with their "Service Manager" was futile. When scheduling a service appointment for my hydro pool, important details such as purchase, warranty status, and location were overlooked. Upon the technician's arrival, instead of properly assessing the spa, he immediately recommends removing deck slats to access the control panel without attempting to locate an existing access panel. Texas Leisure Pool entered. Our private residence back yard without ever making a first face to face contact with us the home owners. The service man did cleaning of OUR pool and took pictures and left and the company charged us. For a first encounter this company owed us at least a knock on the door, an introduction of the stranger that would be in our backyard, we understand that work was done BUT this is not the way courteous business is conducted in Texas or the ***.?? definitely our mistake?
They were very responsive to our needs. They estimated we would have our Spa fixed in 3-5 days but it ended up being only 2 days. T.J. was patient to explain our problem in detail. Their service was easy to understand and utilize. The whole staff is friendly and we'd recommend their services and T.J. in particular.
Terrible. We have used them for years. Even purchased a hot tub from them. I kept seeing bad water quality in the pool. Every time I pointed it out I was always told by their tech that it is the solar cover and warm temps causing algae’s and all issues. Finally had the water tested a leslies pool and to my horror found out everything out of whack. They told Zero chlorine. Personally visited the store to complain. Chris came out on a Sunday to show us options, and explained different models of Hotub’s. We knew what we wanted in Saltwater setups, he showed us what he thought would meet our needs, no upsales and no bs! They kept to timelines and when their tech came out, he was just as professional and answered all our questions.
