Evan came out to assess a concern with my roof. I'd had 3 other contractors out previously to assess and give me bids and each one wanted to sell me an extensive repair job. One of them still hasn't sent me a bid as promised and that's been 3 weeks ago now. Evan with Texas Legacy came out right on time as promised and offered a completely different perspective. The high winds separated 4 shingles, the roof inspection identified 9 additional shingles that were loose or damaged. I got 2 estimates, Texas Legacy was the most responsive and promptly scheduled a date to make the repairs. I called on Thursday, they repaired in Friday, and it rained on Saturday.
