Evan came out to assess a concern with my roof. I'd had 3 other contractors out previously to assess and give me bids and each one wanted to sell me an extensive repair job. One of them still hasn't sent me a bid as promised and that's been 3 weeks ago now. Evan with Texas Legacy came out right on time as promised and offered a completely different perspective. Evan was great to work with & the install crew did a fantastic job & were very fast! The gutters they recommended - look really good & dressed up the house more than we realized it would. We definitely recommend Texas Legacy.
The owner Evan was my inspector. He came right away. He was so informative and professional. He said my roof was in good shape, but looked in the attic to find the leak. He found it. It was a cracked elbow pipe. He discussed the roof maintenance that should be done every year after a big storm. I told him I would use that type of service next year. Please consider this company!!!
After two roofing companies recommended a new roof for ‘storm-related damage’, I asked Jeremiah to come inspect and give me an honest opinion. He let me know that my roof in fact was in GOOD condition and did NOT need to be replaced. While checking the roof, he discovered I had a flat tire and EVEN CHANGED IT FOR ME!!! He was diligent, respectful, HELPFUL, and honest! It’s always refreshing to have someone who isn’t pushing the ‘I’ll work with insurance and we should be able to get it fully replaced and covered for you’ card... read more
