This team was amazing! It was my first time having my roof replaced and they took care of everything. Not only that, they used their own methods to justify the roof replacement before the appraisers come out. The insurance company pushed back but all their proof the team provided the insurance company proved to them that I was due for a full replacement. And they even provided additional value to us in other services. Thankful for this group and highly recommend!
After two roofing companies recommended a new roof for ‘storm-related damage’, I asked Jeremiah to come inspect and give me an honest opinion. He let me know that my roof in fact was in GOOD condition and did NOT need to be replaced. While checking the roof, he discovered I had a flat tire and EVEN CHANGED IT FOR ME!!! I was selling the property, and a new roof came to the forefront of negotiations. The project suddenly became urgent. Texas Legacy completed the job on short notice, and on time. They acted professionally throughout and kept me informed of their progress throughout. I received their warranty as promised at the end of the roof installation. I would happily use their services again.
We loved the honest, transparent, quality service. Quick response time, and when they found more damage than I'd originally reported, they quickly adapted and took care of it. My neighbor recommended and now I'll be doing the same.
