As much as we loved the look of our patio in the * beginning, we have had problems with the roof leaking since shortly after completion. Ruben did come out to "repair" it a couple of times but has only made the leaking worse by adding tar where it doesn't belong. It has now caused water damage inside of my home. We had a professional roofing company look at the roof and they said the tie-in to our original roof is not done correctly which is why it is leaking inside of our house. The 5 star comes from the co-owner and she know they have poor customer service. I been trying to reach them to repair the patio they built. I can never get a reaponse to repair the leaks and always met with we’re busy and we’ll get to you soon. The patio was completed in March 2018 n leaked since completion. **Update 1/18/19** Ruben owner refuses to come out due to bad review.
