I had a very frustrating experience with Texas Landscape Creations. I waited over two weeks just to get an appointment, and then another two weeks passed without receiving the estimate I was promised. I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn’t access the information at that time but would call me back. Texas Landscape Creations provided excellent planning for landscaping of our new location and worked with us to coordinate the installation schedule with the other project milestones. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and continued service. The professional planting and upkeep of the property is helping us lay down roots in the community! It honestly feels like they just mow without paying attention. They keep running over and breaking my sprinklers. Not to mention they are constantly blocking my driveway with their trucks. Edit: Glad to know my complaints aren’t legitimate. I wish this company was true to their word and addressed complaints instead of claiming this review is spam. Feel free to reach out if you decide to change your mind and take some accountability.
