I really liked my entire experience at Dr. McKellar’s office, the receptionist, the intake person, the dr. himself and the x-ray technician - i am very happy w/this new doctor
All staff was helpful, professional and friendly. My only complaint is the wait time. I waited an hour before I was called to start my appointment.and then I had long waits between each person i saw. Then I waited 30 minutes in an exam room to finally see the doctor. I don’t know if this is the norm or just an unusual day. I am glad that I started this relationship with Texas Joint Institute.
