They should receive ZERO stars. I called in the morning of 7/8 to order a 30’ roll off dumpster. I was told the sales team was busy, but someone would call me back. No call. Called again this morning, and was told someone would call back in 5 - 10 minutes. No call. I’m busy and have things to do. I filled out the “quote” information through another dumpster company online, and received a call immediately and it was a better deal. Texas Johns - your customer service is beyond horrible. Maybe a new Sales Team will help.
