I’m upset that it had to come to this. My husband and I have been building our house for a couple of years , we have our own Porto potty so we just usually call in for services when needed. I understand miscommunication happens, we’re human. They should receive ZERO stars. I called in the morning of 7/8 to order a 30’ roll off dumpster. I was told the sales team was busy, but someone would call me back. No call. Called again this morning, and was told someone would call back in 5 - 10 minutes. No call. I’m busy and have things to do. I filled out the “quote” information through another dumpster company online, and received a call immediately and it was a better deal. Texas Johns - your customer service is beyond horrible. Dale was my driver today & wow. Came prepared, was professional, yet personable. Super fast & efficient , went the extra mile. With emptying my tank👍 very impressed with him AND both front office ladies who helped me book service. More than happy to answer all my silly questions. Worked with operations to fit me in quickly which they didn’t have to do. Very much appreciate y’all 🙏
