Shawn and Jayden are AMAZING! Their customer service was truly 5STAR PROFESSIONAL and I felt safe and comfortable having them freely walk in my home. When I saw my sink I screamed because it looked so beautiful and WORKED! I could not ask for a better group of people!!!!!! I pray they continue to be a blessing to many more people!!!!!!! I am a real estate investor and have seen many plumbing projects like this, so I know when pricing is unreasonably inflated. Texas James Plumbing originally quoted me $840 for a minor leak that only required PEX crimping - a job that shouldn’t cost anywhere near that. When I called out the outrageous price, they dropped it to $420, more than a 50% reduction, without any real justification.
