Many thanks to Texas James Plumbing who got us back online again. Other than a small scheduling conflict they sent some fantastic Techs out and did our new Sink replacement very quickly. Kudos go out to Miguel & Will for their rapid installation and cleanup afterwards. Ever since this company came out and re-piped our house, on Xmas eve, due to frozen busted pipes we have used them exclusively and always will. We can't thank you all enough, great job and you saved the day again! John & Liz Lutz

I was scammed $500 down the drain and never got a call back. I just had another company come by and fix the problem for less with no camera today June 22nd 2026 In less than 2 weeks after being ripped off by Texas James Plumming . If yall can find another company please do so. They never gave me call back but just took my money to still have the same problem. They then slapped a bill of over 15,036.00 and basically said pay more to fix. RUN FOR THE HILLS PEOPLE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! ***Update*** 06/22/26... read more

Fast, extremely polite & friendly. Professional & tirelessly hard workers. Jayden, Anthony & David were awesome about repairing my emergency, nightmare of a gas leak. They kept me constantly informed of status & what was next in the process. I highly recommend them & your company. 5 stars is not a high enough rating! 10 stars would be more accurate!!

You might as well *not* pay these people since they'll bother you after you pay. I paid an invoice for my business 9 months ago and still get emails from them to this day. Even after they have acknowledged multiple times that yes I did pay them, they say they'll take care of it and then like clockwork I get an email telling me to pay an invoice a month later.
