We went in the store towards the end of Octoberfest today,, Sunday. I personally helped a female customer who had been hollering for help from the dressing room. She was trying to get the right size and the staff was ignoring her. I searched twice for the right size for her, so she would not have to redress in between. RUDE staff, obviously did not want our business. Or the gal in the dressing room! The 30 something guy behind the gun counter was extremely rude to three customers, two law enforcment officers. I used this place for a firearms transfer, and they required my email address. Then I get inundated with emails I never asked for. I will not ever do business with this outfit ever again. Deceptive practice, and they were not the best folks to deal with
