I called at 4 PM the day prior to check on irrigation wiring and was told they had plenty of options in stock. When I showed up first thing the following morning, the experience was a total 180. (Must have talked to a different person) The staff member was rude and dismissive from the second I walked in. Without even looking at me, he claimed they didn't have what I needed. Massive irrigation supply store and don’t sale drip lines. Ridiculous!!!!
Staff has never let me down. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If something isn't there, they get it to me quick. Whether delivery or pickup, these guys have been amazing. Ten years of having my back and plenty more to come.
