Cheap Chinese junk that they are trying to pass off as locally made. Save your money.
The branding iron I ordered is the most cheap, lightweight "tool" I could have imagined. As it was personalized, I could not get a refund. I could never give this $1.99 quality gift to anyone. Its a throw away item. Total waste of money of $50.00.
I received a personalized branding iron as a gift. While it isn't anything that I would ever use because it appears to be more of a novelty item rather than something that is practical, I was disappointed with the company's response regarding a return. DO NOT order from Texas Irons. I ordered the grill kit with the monogram on the front for Father’s Day. Paid for 2 day shipping $70 total, and it took 5 days to get here. Not only that but the quality is very cheap. The case is flimsy, the utensils have scratches all over them, and half of the straps holding them down are broken off. They are also very bulky and awkward to hold onto. Just very cheap and lacking any sort of detail. Very disappointed in this company. Don’t waste your money!
I placed an order for an item that stated will be shipped same day if ordered by 1pm. I ordered my item at 6:30am AND paid $16.92 for express 2 day shipping. I did this to ensure the item would get to me by today the latest. I received an email stating it was not shipped until the 21st and would not get it until the 24th which is past when I need it.
