I know Maziar and his staff for many years. Because of his engineering background He is the best trouble shooter that I know. This happened many years ago. I had problem with my brand new Mercedes which I purchased from Star Motor cars. Star Motor replace several set of tires and each time aligned the car but that did not solve the problem consequently it was scheduled to be inspected by Mercedes Benz North America’s engineer. I have two MB and I used to take them to the Greenway dealership for service and repair. As the cost was getting higher and higher, I decided to look around and found TIM online. I was a bit unsure when I brought my car to them the first time last year. However, after the service was done, I was very pleased with the job and their friendliness.
