I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. My impression was that the primary focus was on selling policies rather than clearly explaining the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with them. When I asked about obtaining insurance for a short period, I was told that I had to purchase a six-month policy because that was the minimum term available. Later, one of the agency's employees informed me that if I did not make a payment after the due date, the policy would be automatically canceled.... read more
