Excellent customer service
The staff, I'm surprised, didn't lock the doors when I pulled up. I kept them that busy with changes. They went above and beyond their duties satisfying my ever changing policies and coverage. I've had my home, autos, watercraft, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles insured through TIA for over 30 yrs. They've helped keep my premiums, claims and deductibles at fair market rates. The staff has changed over the years but their supurb service hasn't. Love you guys big!!
