Well I have been a customer since 2024 and because of lack of communication when it comes to payments and getting in touch with me before renewing my contract they took it upon themselves to do so without my permission.. I call today with the mindset to find another company but fortunately a nice lady name Michelle handled my situation so well.. she renewed my contact got me a fair rate and was so professional doing it... Thanks Michelle you found a rate that was in my budget and I am SOOOO HAPPY 😁😁
