Jenny for extremely rude and have no decency on how to talk. After keeping on hold for long she didn’t took enough effort to look into it and hung up the call.
My wife & I have had no issues with any of the staff in back, getting her meds filled, sent to Wilford Hall, preps orders, appointments made, appointment reminders on a timely basis, or follow ups. She started going here in Feb 2024. And absolutely loves Dr. Theard. Now the front desk is another story. Jenny at the front desk is absolutely of no help and quick to hang up on you mid sentence.
This office is terrible, Jenny, the person answering the phones is no help. I have a referral and tried several times to get through to schedule an appointment. Finally got through. I gave my date of birth, I was told there was no referral in their system. I have the paper referral in my hand asked her if she would like the authorization number or some other form of identification to pull up the information. If I could give a 0 star I would! You will literally NEVER be able to get in contact with them. Worked with them for a year. They will not call back, follow-up. Etc. One test they literally never called back to give me results. They would not answer their text line, their voicemails and no call backs. A full year later and let's hope I didn't have a major medical issue because I'll never know what the results were from that test! If your referral was sent here, don't bother. Switch immediately!
Called to make an appointment after a referral. The person answering the call was rude and in a hurry to hang up. I gave her the information for the referral and she promptly told me to get lost as my PCP gave the wrong number. Hung up in the middle of my asking of their name. Glad we don’t have to go work with them I guess.
