Overall positive experiences. Appointments were scheduled in a timely manner, and staff was courteous and helpful. Providers are thorough, empathetic, and excellent communicators. The office is festive and well-kept. 4 stars because the website contains outdated provider information.

1 Star (only because I can’t give 0) The doctor was polite and respectful, but the rest of the experience was awful. The front desk woman was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude alone was enough to make me want to walk out. I’ve never encountered someone in a patient-facing job who seemed to care so little about basic respect or courtesy. As a military and civilian this is worst clinic I’ve been referred to. They have to STOP sending patients here. The Dr herself is polite but her staff, especially the one answering the phone is so disrespectful. She just hangs up on you as if you’re bothering her. The entire conversation is tense with disrespect. I’m filing a complaint with the base to change providers. They don’t even follow up or care that u have issues. I went with my mom to her appointment, and for the most part, everything went really well. The staff was friendly, and the appointment itself was great. The only issue we had was with the scheduler at the end. She was on FaceTime with someone while helping us, which felt really unprofessional — especially in a medical office. Regardless of the situation, personal video calls shouldn’t happen in front of patients. It made the interaction feel rushed and like we weren’t being taken seriously. Jenny for extremely rude and have no decency on how to talk. After keeping on hold for long she didn’t took enough effort to look into it and hung up the call.
