As a military and civilian this is worst clinic I’ve been referred to. They have to STOP sending patients here. The Dr herself is polite but her staff, especially the one answering the phone is so disrespectful. She just hangs up on you as if you’re bothering her. The entire conversation is tense with disrespect. I’m filing a complaint with the base to change providers. They don’t even follow up or care that u have issues. Three months I’ve been waiting on my meds. I basically have to go on base and start over again with my ... read more

My wife & I have had no issues with any of the staff in back, getting her meds filled, sent to Wilford Hall, preps orders, appointments made, appointment reminders on a timely basis, or follow ups. She started going here in Feb 2024. And absolutely loves Dr. Theard. Now the front desk is another story. Jenny at the front desk is absolutely of no help and quick to hang up on you mid sentence.

This office is terrible, Jenny, the person answering the phones is no help. I have a referral and tried several times to get through to schedule an appointment. Finally got through. I gave my date of birth, I was told there was no referral in their system. I have the paper referral in my hand asked her if she would like the authorization number or some other form of identification to pull up the information. The woman on the other end said, "No, I can't pull it up on my end with your date of birth, so", and that was end of t... read more
