Dr Matus was great. He took the time to educate us about my husband condition. Listened to our concerns. You can tell he cares about his patients.
The doctor himself was great but I’m having such a hard time getting in contact with someone to get back with me about approval for an mri they referred us out to get I’ve called multiple multiple times and emailed and nothing i feel like the last thing I can do is go up to the facility to speak to them in person to get clarification on the approval if not so I can move on to another facility. No one seems to get back to me and I see other people have experienced the same thing

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in 5 years. Trying to get Dr. Al Refai signature for my son for his insurance for 2 weeks with no response. The institutes sent the form through Fax and emails even on of them has gone personally and nothing.
