Avoid this doctor's office. They are fine if you don't need something besides an appointment. I needed a medical clearance for surgery and they are absolutely non-responsive. My surgeon and I have both attempted to call and fax. No response. They will answer your call. Then send you to a voicemail that will record your message. That's it. You will not receive a call back or anything at all.

I received a message that my granddaughter had an appointment at 3:30 Monday afternoon. So I checked her out of school and drove about 40 minutes to get there. We arrived at 3:10, mind you they ask that you arrive 15 min early. We'll the doors were locked we waited about 25 min later I called and was told it was a glitch on in the system and would need to reschedule for the following month. This has to be the most awful phone system ever. The automated system says to press "0" if you don't have an extension then tells you that is incorrect. The provider himself has been a positive experience. Their billing department is terrible. They never sent me my bill. What they did send is another patient's bill to MY address. Furthermore when I took it back physically to inform them of what happened and get clarification on my actual bill the receptionist could not obtain my statement and told me to wait a few days for i... read more
