I put 1 star for the staff and for the verve cation office no body answer the phone and i had an appointment for the MRI for my son and i had to cancel the appointment twice because they didn’t do their job even when I called them to remind them and they didn’t make the authorization with the insurance and now am struggling to contact with them I don’t recommend them at all

Place lacks customer service. Appointment got canceled without proper notification. Called the office hundred times and no answers, sent several portal messages and a month later get an idiot calling saying she’s returning my message request for an appointment. No thank you idiot, after a month from not hearing from the office we found another provider.
