I was referred to this facility by my chiropractor. I read all of the concerning reviews and still made an appointment to give them a chance. I made my appointment at least a week in advance and confirmed with them that I would be scheduled in an open MRI. I stated details as to why an open MRI was necessary for me upon scheduling and the day of my appointment, I was led back to a closed MRI and told I will have to reschedule if I could not do closed. Told 1 price over phone , upon arrival price was 4x higher
Place doesn’t know how to run insurance correctly. I’ve met my out of pocket and told them I would not owe anything for this CT scan. The lady said she double checked everything and I still was going to go over $300. Just got my explanation of benefits back and my patient responsibility is zero. I’m not waiting to get paid back for a month so I’m just going to do a charge back on my credit card now absolutely ridiculous avoid this place.
They didn't inject the dye properly so I had to get the MRI redone and pay $100 copay to another company. They won't refund my copay or even do a new MRI without the copay. I do not recommend them.
