Wildly mediocre bordering on just passable service. I had to call six times to get own mri scheduled. Staff said they needed to contact doctor's office to get a correct order and that caused the delay. We arrived for open mri appointment and were told, "no, we don't have that approval". After we were able to successfully complete the open mri, I was told to wait until the cd images were ready. (cd?, not usb?)
