I buy Foxfarm Ocean Forest potting soil for all my potted plants. It is expensive, but far superior to common potting soils. I also like their coir in blocks for use as a long lasting soil amendment in my flower beds. You just wet the block and it expands and loosens. Southern soils use up organic matter quickly, so an amendment that keeps my soil looser and that lasts is appreciated. They have many quality fertilizers, and aids for starting new plants.
