On 3/22/24 at TownePark Fredericksburg, I filled out a service request for one toilet leaking at the bottom, the other toilet isn't properly secure and it rocks, the switch for the kitchen sink food grinder has an electrical problem at the switch, the door shade was removed by maintenance but not replaced. We now have a knat infestation which, I believe is a result of the leaking toilet or sink grinder. It is now 4/9/24 and nobody is fixing these problems. It's been a nightmare since we've been here. They've gone through 3 managers within 5 months. They had one maintenance man who also is no longer working here. We've had a non functional stove that was replaced with another non functional one that was taken from another vacant apartment. We also still have a flea infestation that was here upon move in.
