Reece did an excellent job of matching our existing wood floor throughout other areas of the house. The finish work was excellent. His crew was very conscientious and well supervised. We called him later to add carpet as well.
If you are looking at having new flooring installed, I recommend you consider Texas Hometown Floors, especially over those big national flooring companies. Reese responded quickly to all of our questions and he is very knowledgeable about laminate and LVP flooring. The sales guy from the national flooring company we met with was very pushy and offered us a great "deal" to try and pressure us to commit on the spot. We are very pleased we went with Texas Hometown Floors for our flooring upgrade. The process was super easy from picking out a sample to the installation. Julian was exceptional at communicating any changes or project expectations. I am so thankful we went with a local company instead of a big box store, better pricing and a personal touch. Susan with Texas Hometown Floors is fantastic! She came out a number of times and showed us many LVP samples until we found the right one. Once we found the right floors for my office, we also had Texas Hometown Floors do the carpet in our bedrooms as well. In addition, her contractor Juan was very professional and did a great job!
