Excellent and friendly customer service. Always prompt and kind. They go above and beyond every time.
The technicians have always been very polite and helpful. However, I spoke to the owner of the company about a very serious (to me at least) issue I had. The first phone call he was slightly condescending but polite. Then he called me back and told me my contract was up this summer and I needed to find a new alarm company. He proceeded to tell me I was a pain in the ass. He also kept saying he knew I was going to hang up on him.
