I always feel like I'm in the right place at NextCare Urgent Care. The waiting room has plenty of seating, so you don't have to sit right next to someone else who isn't feeling well. I am able to make an appointment, which really saves waiting time. They text when it's time to be there, too! Everyone in the facility is friendly and easy to work with. They seem genuinely concerned for my health and want me to feel better. I have an urgent care location closer to my home, but this one is my absolute favorite.
I have visited Prima Care several times, each time I have ever came there, they have always been efficient, confidential, and caring. They treat me like I am the only one in the clinic. I always know if they are busy and running behind, I will still be treated like I am number 1. Anytime I visited and Dr. Verma and the dark haired nurse Tracy were together you could tell they were a great team. This is one great place for quick and excellent care! I highly recommend it to anyone in need of an urgent care facility!
Very pleased – My five-year-old was running a high fever all Saturday night which wasn't responding well to meds, so I brought him in to this office the next day. We had no wait, the check-in process was fairly quick (much quicker than the initial visit to most doctors' offices), and the facilities were top-notch (for example, they have flat screens on the walls in the rooms, which is helpful when you have small child who has to take a breathing treatment that lasts several minutes -- nice to have Spongebob as a distraction)... read more
