Chuy and his team are amazing in every aspect customer service, and being super flexible with your availability and overall pricing . He was able to put my car back together and putting everything back as it should be most other shops turned me away but his shop understood everything and did an incredible job and I appreciated everything he and his team was able to do for me.
I had experienced one of the worst weeks dealing with someone illegally towing my vehicle. When I found my car, every single light and warning message was on in my dash; this was a brand new car that I purchased off the showroom floor, and I had no errors ever (I take excellent care of my car). Amazing work. I had sent my car to another shop and they had it for two weeks and said I needed a new engine. I took it to another and they charged me 145 dollars for a diagnosis but didn't fix it or tell me what is wrong. I took it to Texas Heritage and not only did they fix it promptly, they fixed other things while going that extra mile. I am so satisfied. I have my twenty year old car running like brand new. The people at TH love cars and give it tender loving care. Thank you for everything.
Shady place and practices! Place doesn't pay it's bills and gives the run around. What kind of business doesn't pay it's invoices and keeps saying they will pay next time every single time? Do business with them go here at your own risk and!
