Avoid Texas Heritage Custom Homes We have had a continuous nightmare dealing with the owner Lance Whitlock. We spent over 8 months trying to get him to repair a major defect in the way the builder poured our slab. Our house was flooding and he spent 8 months lying about what he was doing and also blamed everyone else for why it was taking so long.
