Truly sad to see they had to close down. Does anyone know how we can get a copy of our medical records? I tried calling but can't reach anyone, for obvious reasons, but don't know who else to reach out to. Thanks,
Can't believe this business just shuts it's doors with no notifications to loyal customers. I researched hearing clinics and chose them and was very happy for over 2 years on a 3 year warranty. Then had some problems and they are GONE. No notice to loyal customers, just gone. They have the Great State of TEXAS in their name but dump their faithfuls. Not the Texan way to treat those who helped you.
I was by there on Wednesday and now my right hearing aid doesn’t work at all and my left works but is muffled. I can’t get another appointment until Monday at 8:30 am. This has been the worst experience I’ve had. ##################################################################### I would like to enter a retraction to my earlier review. This was by far the worst first experience I had with this place. My appointment was at 1pm and we arrived at 12:50. Mind you, this appointment was for my 2 1/2 year old and I also have a 1year old. Apparently there were issues with calibrating the equipment and when i arrived I was told that they were a little behind. No biggie because I get it. I’m human. About 30 minutes after our appointment time of 1pm, we were called back. We could only do 2 test because the other was not done being calibrated. We went across the hall ... read more
Dr Cyrus was great! Compassionate, informative, engaging, and patient with my 2 year old. It was a warm and welcoming environment.
