Since Dr Grant left it has been a dreadful experience. Staff is rude and even hateful at times. It’s a challenge finding a pain mngt doctor because you never know what your going to get. Will they be better or will they be even worse. At this point I’m not sure there is a worse in some aspects. Dr Tim Ratino informed me today that he and his staff cannot “afford” to be compassionate towards their patients. It’s the nature of the business. I been calling trying to speak with someone professional and the lady that answered the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and I don't understand how in the world their business open with her rude self scaring everyone off smh.
