Three weeks ago, I was supposed to receive an eye exam. However, I did not receive an accurate exam. Instead the exam was based off of my old glasses. And according to the doctor my vision was 20/20 with my glasses. I had attempted to explain to Dr Rosenthal as well as the technician that the glasses that I had on were a few years old and that my last pair of glasses prescribed were broken. Office staff was great and Dr. Rosenthal was thorough and explained everything so I understood. Glad I took sunglasses with me after I left the office.

Unprofessional place , you have an appointment that was set up about a month so you had to put in time off. Appointment at 8 and they stated that the doctor was called to an emergency at 8. But another lady came in saying that around 630 in the morning they were aware, so why not contact me to reschedule for later which they neglected to do. They just wanted me to wait another 2 hours. All I can say is the heck with this place.
