Similar to some other reviewers, I had very bad experience. He kicked me out of his office. Here’s why, before even seeing me, he instructed to have my eyes dilated, however, my eye was damaged and dilated, and I wanted him to observe the dilation. When I asked, aren’t you curious to see the dilation he responded he already had notes from his nurse and that he’s not curious about anything in life anymore. Three weeks ago, I was supposed to receive an eye exam. However, I did not receive an accurate exam. Instead the exam was based off of my old glasses. And according to the doctor my vision was 20/20 with my glasses. I had attempted to explain to Dr Rosenthal as well as the technician that the glasses that I had on were a few years old and that my last pair of glasses prescribed were broken. Office staff was great and Dr. Rosenthal was thorough and explained everything so I understood. Glad I took sunglasses with me after I left the office.
