I was referred to Texas Heath Resources by my PCP Dr. Todd Carruthers (an excellent physician)!!. This was my first time doing this medical procedure and I was TERRIFIED!! I did not know what to expect at all. But as soon as I arrived and going through those doors my perspective changed. Staff was extremely efficient and professional, caring and knowledgeable.
The facility was very clean and organized. Everyone was very attentive, professional and caring from check in to check out. The whole preop staff, anesthesia, surgical team and postop staff. The receptionist that checked us in was awesome and even got my husband coffee which he was very thankful for. I will use this surgical center again if needed. I work in another great THR hospital and this facility did not disappoint!
