I have made 3 visits to the surgery center and have had problems with the nursing staff on each occasion. My polite, friendly, joke cracking friend is terrified of needles..... to the point of possibly passing out. On the first visit the nurse kept agitating my friend, whose blood pressure was borderline too high, because ON THE ORDERS OF THE NURSE WHO CALLED he did not take blood pressure medicine that morning.
