IF YOU HAVE BCBS ... DO NOT GO HERE. It was a great experience as always until the BILL came. I went in for a routine mammogram screening just like I have every year for the past 10 years. A screening that SHOULD be covered @100% by your insurance. However, this year I got a bill from Radiology Associates. Apparently RA (the Dr. who reads your mammogram) no longer accepts BCBS. I've been going here for seven years. The office staff is extremely nice, courteous, and helpful. The staff doing the mammograms are also very sweet, caring, and take care to make you feel comfortable during the process. Virginia Clay Dorman for whom the place is named after wanted this experience for women to be pleasant and you can tell that's part of their mission as they take care of you. It's a relaxing environment and be sure to check out the coffee and tea machine while you're there.
Very warm and welcoming staff. The front desk ladies were very sweet and friendly. The tech was very informative and as gentle as she could be with such a rough procedure. This was my first mammogram and they put me at ease.
