I went to the ER for dehydration and a very serious pain any time I ate or drank anything, symptoms lasting over a week. I waited 2 hours to talk to a doctor. They did blood work and gave me a pill for cramping that did not help the pain I was experiencing. Before I went back to the ER waiting room and waited 2.5 hours for the blood work to come back, I received a bill for almost $2,500 via text message. Came to the ER on 24Aug25, my spouse was complaining of chest pains and dizziness..the admitting clerk was very lackadaisical and unconcerned. I was sitting in the lobby next to my wife filling out paperwork while her needs were not being addressed so I made a decision to leave expeditiously before my wife dies in the lobby. If I could give this hospital a piece of star I would.

Cecilia F was very rude yelling at everybody from the moment you walk in until the moment you get send to the back , if you going to work at front dest in hospital you should learn to be polite and patient , she was arguing with everybody and she for sure hate her job you shouldn’t work there everybody was talking about it my one year old was sick and had to take her to a deferent hospital
