Get directionsCecilia F was very rude yelling at everybody from the moment you walk in until the moment you get send to the back , if you going to work at front dest in hospital you should learn to be polite and patient , she was arguing with everybody and she for sure hate her job you shouldn’t work there everybody was talking about it my one year old was sick and had to take her to a deferent hospital
I had severe tooth pain Wake me up in the middle of the night I went to this ER because it was closest to my residence. They weren't very nice and all they did was give me a prescription for the 24-hour Walgreens so I went to medical City McKinney and they were much kinder and actually gave me some pain medication right there that helped tremendously. I would avoid Texas health Presbyterian Allen if I had a different choice if I were you.

These people are not medical professionals, they’re a joke. The only courteous nurse was the one admitting us to the hospital after being cleared from the ER. I wish I remembered her name.. she was the only emphatic person.

After paying double what I was quoted for these visits, after insurance, I have now received a bill from a debt collector for an additional $200+.... read more
